This is a limited release of a blend that we have done for a very large Cafe in downtown Auckland. It consists of 4 Indian beans sourced from the Bababudan Hills and is blended to produce a stronger cup with a smokey finish to it.
We roast it to a full city + roast and it produces a nicely full bodied cup with low acidity and some hints of spice and cocoa. After about 10 days it really begins to exhibit some beautiful hazlenut tones and is best suited to milk based Espressos.
All orders that are recieved prior to Monday 9.00am will be included in the Monday roast schedule and all orders after that time will be included in the Thursday roast schedule.
